M-TAC Softshell winter jacket with removable lining, personalized with Velcro embroidered emblems, for POLICE PENITENTIARY ANP. It's made from a polyurethane mid-membrane that provides protection against inclement weather. Inside, it has a thin layer of fleece. In this model, the manufacturer has added a removable fleece lining, which is attached to a zipper (can be worn as a separate piece of clothing).
